To ensure my final designs were proportionate, I used Daz Studio and Autodesk Mudbox to create a figure seated in the position I wanted, on a plinth approximating the size and shape I wanted, and to add a "stone" texture.

The art director approved design C1 as an option, so I did more detailed concepts of each and created options for gold accents to be selected from. She chose option E.
